Tina Udhwani Fallon, MD, FAAP 

Tina Udhwani Fallon, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician providing primary care through Coast Pediatrics in Carmel Valley. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network. 

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region. 

As a pediatrician, Dr. Fallon provides primary care for infants, children and young adults, including preventive care, chronic disease management, addressing acute injuries and routine physicals. A kid at heart, Dr. Fallon chose to specialize in pediatrics, where she is committed to the health and wellbeing of the families she cares for. Her goal is to empower parents and their children to make the best decisions with health in mind. Dr. Fallon strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment to foster long-lasting relationships with families of all backgrounds. She has specific interests in health education and health equity.

Dr. Fallon completed her residency in pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, District of Columbia and earned her medical degree from University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).

Outside of work, Dr. Fallon enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, two cats, Milli and Lilikoi, and mini-Australian Shepherd, Tilly. She and her husband can be found on the beach with Tilly, enjoying a meal with friends or traveling with family.
