About Kelly Bennett, PhD
Kelly Bennett, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in health psychology. Dr. Bennett is a practitioner in Integrated Behavioral Health, providing services alongside primary care physicians at UC San Diego Health, treating mental health and health behavior-related concerns. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment based interventions to improve patient well-being.
Dr. Bennett earned her PhD in clinical psychology with a health emphasis at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine with a focus on primary care behavioral health, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in behavioral medicine at VA San Diego Healthcare System. Dr. Bennett is board certified in biofeedback by Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) and has experience practicing neurofeedback as well.
