About Lillian Grobman, MD
Lillian Grobman, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician who specializes in the care of newborns. As a newborn hospitalist, Dr. Grobman meets with parents and their babies during their postpartum stay in the hospital to provide daily care to infants. This care includes newborn examinations, screening tests, breastfeeding help and anticipatory guidance prior to their transition home.
She enjoys working with residents and medical students. Her interests include breastfeeding medicine and early prevention of allergic disease.
Dr. Grobman completed a fellowship in allergy and immunology at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where she also completed her pediatric residency. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. Dr. Grobman is board certified in general pediatrics and allergy and immunology. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Grobman has three children (including boy/girl twins) and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, going to the beach, playing piano and cooking.
