About Beth Timpe, MS, CNM

Beth Timpe, MS, is a certified nurse-midwife (CNM) who provides family-centered maternity care, along with well-woman care, family planning and other services. She delivers babies in our holistic, in-hospital birth center or in the traditional labor and delivery environment, depending on the desires and needs of her patients.

Ms. Timpe feels a baby's birth is the most special event in the life of a family. She considers it a privilege and pleasure to be a part of that experience.

Her last two babies were born with the UC San Diego Health midwives in the Birth Center. For families searching for a hospital birth that offers a personal touch with full options and immediate emergency services, she believes the UC San Diego Health midwifery practice is ideal.
