Lauren Fellion, PA

Lauren Fellion, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.   

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.   

As a physician assistant, Ms. Fellion provides primary and urgent care to people of all ages. She has over 10 years of clinical experience, including emergency medicine, critical care, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her passions include integrative medicine, as well as focusing on patients holistically to help get to the root of their symptoms to provide more long-term, sustainable treatment plans so they can become the best versions of themselves.

Ms. Fellion earned her master's degree in medical science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and her bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, Ms. Fellion enjoys running, hiking, cycling, pickleball and traveling the world to experience different cultures and foods.
