About Nadine Benador, MD

Nadine Benador, MD, is a pediatric nephrologist with expertise in pediatric dialysis and pediatric apheresis. She prides herself on providing personalized care for her patients.

Dr. Benador is actively involved in projects to improve treatments for children with chronic kidney disease and has been participating in several multicenter pharmaceutical trials. She is the central principal investigator for ongoing clinical studies.

As a professor of pediatrics at UC San Diego School of Medicine, she trains medical students, residents and fellows.

Dr. Benador completed her pediatric nephrology fellowship at UC San Diego School of Medicine and her residency at University of Geneva, Switzerland, where she also earned her medical degree.

Outside of work, Dr. Benador enjoys spending time with her husband and children, playing the piano, cooking French cuisine and reading.
