Lindsay Caruso, LMT

Lindsay Caruso is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She specializes in therapeutic bodywork with the intention of correcting postural imbalances, regulating the nervous system, and reducing pain. She has studied numerous massage modalities including Swedish massage, Tui na, Thai, deep tissue, prenatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping and gua sha. Lindsay has advanced training in Tui na and sports massage and utilizes a blend of techniques such as stretching, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and trigger point therapy during each session. Intuition, intention, and a science-based lens guide her practice.

Lindsay is also a trained health coach and is passionate about educating patients on self-care practices and empowering them to be active participants in their wellness journey.

Lindsay earned her master's degree in kinesiology from Point Loma Nazarene University and her undergraduate degree in healthcare administration from Warner Pacific University.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys gardening under the strict supervision of her chickens, cooking and spending time with her husband and three dogs.
