About Christina Lindemann, MS, PA-C
Christina Lindemann, PA, is a certified physician assistant in headache neurology at UC San Diego Health. Her focus is on evaluating and treating headache and facial pain disorders, including migraines, cluster headaches and trigeminal neuralgia. She is trained in Botox for chronic migraine and nerve blocks in headache management.
Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, she worked in neurology at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota with a focus on headache, stroke and epilepsy care. Ms. Lindemann finds patient education very important and likes informing her patients of their disease processes and treatment options fully to empower them to make decisions regarding their care with her help. She finds it rewarding to help patients understand their medical care and enjoys the ability to improve patient quality of life in headache medicine.
Ms. Lindemann completed her master's degree in physician assistant studies at University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with clinical rotations at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Prior to this, she earned her bachelor's degree in neuroscience at University of Minnesota. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Ms. Lindemann enjoys hiking and yoga.
