About Stephanie Ramsay, PT, DPT
Stephanie Ramsay, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist who specializes in providing outpatient care and treatment at the Koman Family Outpatient Pavilion for adults with a variety of pelvic health conditions and dysfunctions.
Ramsay's practice includes helping patients with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions and dysfunctions including pelvic pain associated with sexual intercourse, vulvodynia, sacroiliac dysfunction, endometriosis, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, and pregnancy-related pain. She has a strong passion to help those during their postpartum journey.
Ramsay has a desire to advocate for her patients and to treat their body as a whole. She finds physical therapy rewarding in seeing her patients achieve their health goals in improving their quality of daily life.
Ramsay obtained her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos and is currently a lab assistant at the university in applied anatomy. She completed additional coursework at the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute to specialize in pelvic health.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog Vader, traveling, going to the beach, hiking, visiting local coffee shops and breweries, cooking, reading and running. She is currently training for the Carlsbad half marathon next year.
