About Adrian Carranza, LCSW

Adrian Carranza, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) at the Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders, where he has been providing psychosocial support, information, and resources to adult patients with bleeding disorders since 2019. He is committed to helping patients and their families navigate the health care system and access critical services. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with a variety of populations and in different settings, including adult HIV care and community mental health.

Born and raised in San Diego, Adrian earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from San Diego State University. He is licensed in California by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

In his time outside of work, Adrian enjoys concerts, movies, and spending time with family. Adrian is bilingual and is able to provide services in Spanish.
