
About Milla Kviatkovsky, DO, MPH
Milla Kviatkovsky, DO, is an internal medicine physician who specializes in caring for hospitalized patients. As a hospitalist, Dr. Kviatkovsky is assigned to patients at the time of admission and provides care only during their hospital stay. She does not see patients at outpatient clinics and is not available for appointments. Upon a patient's hospital discharge, Dr. Kviatkovsky communicates with their regular physician to ensure quality care.
As an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine, she trains medical students, residents and fellows at UC San Diego School of Medicine. She has special interests in ultrasound in hospital medicine, global health and health technology.
Dr. Kviatkovsky completed her residency in internal medicine from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland and her medical degree from Nova Southwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Dr. Kviatkovsky also completed a master's degree in public health at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
