About Annie Han, MSN, FNP
Annie Han, MSN, is a certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), hepatitis B and C, hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer), cirrhosis (scarring of the liver), end-stage liver disease and various liver conditions.
In addition to her experience with hepatology patients as a nurse practitioner, she spent many years at UC San Diego Medical Center as a registered nurse in the intermediate care unit specializing in pre- and post-liver and renal transplant patient care.
Ms. Han completed her master's degree in the family nurse practitioner program at Azuza Pacific University in Azusa, Calif. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from University of Oklahoma Health Science Center as well as a bachelor's degree in biology from UC San Diego.
She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease, and Gastroenterology & Hepatology Advanced Practice Providers (GHAPP).
