Dr. Ortiz enjoys the ability to make a difference in their lives and having the opportunity to help them and teach them how to live a healthy life. Her advice to parents is to be there for their children in everything they do – at home, school and extracurricular activities. She says always listen and communicate with children because they are listening and learning.

Dr. Ortiz completed her residency at Children's Hospital of Orange County and earned her medical degree at University of Missouri School of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). Dr. Ortiz is fluent in Spanish.
