Sonja Mack, MSN, FNP-C

Sonja Mack, MSN, is a certified nurse practitioner who treats adults through the concierge medicine program at UC San Diego Health. Concierge medicine is a primary care option that requires an annual fee and offers enhanced services, extended amenities and 24/7 access.

Ms. Mack has over ten years of experience as a primary care nurse practitioner, providing care for adults and geriatric patients. Her focus is individualized yet collaborative patient care. She believes that each patient should be given undivided attention and respect, without the pressure of time constraints.

Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Ms. Mack was a member of the concierge medicine team at Scripps Clinic for over eight years. Her clinical experience also includes ten years of inpatient care as a registered nurse. One of her greatest passions is nursing education and she spent several years as nursing faculty at the Western University of Health Sciences.

Ms. Mack earned her family nurse practitioner degree at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif. and her master's and bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Outside of work, Ms. Mack enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring local San Diego events.
