Natalie Waters, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

Ms. Waters enjoys providing primary care to people of all ages and has experience in general surgery, emergency medicine and urgent care, family medicine, women's health, pediatric and adolescent medicine, behavioral health and dermatology.

Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and volunteered at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

She earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies and a bachelor's degree in health sciences at California Baptist University in Riverside, Calif. Ms. Waters is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants, California Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
