About Jodi Tam, PT, DPT, PRPC

Jodi Tam, PT, is a licensed physical therapist with a passion for pelvic health. Her goal is to guide and empower patients to be more in control of their physical well-being and symptom management.

Ms. Tam's approach involves emphasis on whole-body integration, including retraining of pelvic floor alongside breath and other muscle groups including the core and hip. She performs various external and internal treatments, including manual therapy, biofeedback for pelvic floor uptraining/downtraining, and neuromuscular re-education exercises for more sustainable and efficient movement patterns.

Ms. Tam earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. Her bachelor's degree is in integrative physiology from UC Los Angeles.

She has completed extensive coursework with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and received her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification.

In her free time, Ms. Tam enjoys trying new local coffee shops, practicing yoga, playing tennis, working out, and enjoying ethnic cuisines with her husband.
