About Helena Iarovicov, MD
Helena Iarovicov, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides primary care for patients of all ages including adults, children, adolescents and seniors. She provides treatment for acute and chronic conditions, along with preventive care. She also offers well-child visits and provides prenatal care.
Dr. Iarovicov believes in using a patient-centered approach to care. She finds developing longitudinal relationships with patients to be extremely rewarding and enjoys working with them to help them achieve their best health.
Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, she practiced family medicine at Clinicas Del Camino Real in Oxnard, Calif.
Dr. Iarovicov completed a fellowship in obstetrics at San Joaquin General Hospital in French Camp, Calif. where she also completed residency training in family medicine. She earned her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, spending time with her husband, family and friends.
