It was a positive experience give. The circumstances.

Dr Farrell went above and beyond to explain in detail each step of the procedure to me. She was very professional but also very sympathetic to the discomfort I was experiencing. She was very kind and I really liked her.

I hope she does not have any immediate plans to retire because she is a gem and it is very difficult now to find physicians of her quality.

Dr. Farrell is a skillful clinician who is comprehensive in her approach... she will answer "questions" that did not occur during the appointment but probably would have arisen after the appointment. I appreciate her effort to be completely present during each appointment... unlike other physicians who are busy typing away and not bothering to establish any eye contact. One has to wait months to be seen by her and I suspect that the reason is that her patients are grateful to have such a caring and extremely competent physician.

I like Dr Farrell. Only bad thing is that I only get to see her once a year.
