Juliana Paik, MD, FAAP

Juliana Paik, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician providing care through the Children's Primary Care Medical Group. She is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a pediatrician, Dr. Paik provides primary care for infants, children and young adults. She always wanted to be an advocate for children, which pediatrics allows her to do, as well as provide preventive care to ward off health problems that may affect them as adults. Dr. Paik enjoys building relationships with families, providing care and support, and seeing infants and children grow into young adults.

Dr. Paik completed her residency at University of Michigan Medical School and earned her medical degree at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).

Outside of work, Dr. Paik enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, family and friends. She likes walking, street fairs, artisan crafts, photography, volunteering, traveling and exploring new places.
