About Nancy Clementino, MD, FAAP

Nancy Clementino, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician providing care through the Children's Primary Care Medical Group. She is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a pediatrician, Dr. Clementino provides primary care for infants, children and young adults. She has a special interest in public health, nutrition and obesity prevention. Her love of children was the driving force behind her decision to become a pediatrician. She values establishing lifelong relationships with the families in her practice.

Dr. Clementino completed her residency at Children's Hospital of Michigan and earned her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).

Outside of work, Dr. Clementino enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband and children.
