About Victoria Wu, MD

Victoria Wu, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained academic neurohospitalist who treats a variety of neurological conditions in the hospital and emergency department settings at Jacobs Medical Center.

As an assistant professor and academic hospitalist, she trains medical students and residents at UC San Diego School of Medicine and also serves as assistant program director of the adult neurology residency program in the Department of Neurosciences.

She completed her fellowship in neurohospitalist medicine at UC San Francisco School of Medicine. Dr. Wu completed her internship in internal medicine and residency in adult neurology at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where she also earned her medical degree. During this time, she served as chief resident and was the recipient of the Golden Neuron award for outstanding resident. She is board certified in neurology and is a member of several professional organizations, including The Neurohospitalist Society, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association.
