Summer Davies, MS, NP-C

Summer Davies, MS, is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) who cares for people of all ages in urgent care and the emergency room. She also treats patients through the concierge medicine program at UC San Diego Health. Concierge medicine is a primary care option that requires an annual fee and offers enhanced services, extended amenities and 24/7 access.

As a family nurse practitioner, Mrs. Davies provides preventive care, as well as, diagnosis and treatment for acute illnesses. She has a special interest in functional medicine and oncology.

Listening to her patients is her top priority and she strives to partner with patients to guide them towards their healthcare goals. Mrs. Davies strongly believes in the mind-body connection as an important aspect of healthcare and provides whole patient care. Watching her patients feel empowered and being an active member of their healthcare team are what she finds most rewarding in her career.

Mrs. Davies earned her master's degree in nursing/family nurse practitioner from University of Las Vegas and her bachelor's degree in nursing from Azusa Pacific University. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Outside of work, Mrs. Davies enjoys paddle boarding with her two daughters, doing CrossFit with her husband, sewing and knitting.
