About Genevieve Parsons, MD, FAAP
Genevieve Parsons, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician providing care through the Children's Primary Care Medical Group. She is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network.
UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.
As a pediatrician, Dr. Parsons provides primary care for infants, children and young adults. She loves taking care of her patients, watching them thrive and guiding caregivers through normal challenges of raising children. Dr. Parsons has a special interest in addressing behavioral and developmental concerns.
Dr. Parsons completed her residency at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and earned her medical degree at University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).
In her free time, Dr. Parsons enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, singing and running.
