Robert Yuhas, MD

Robert Yuhas, MD, is a board-certified physician providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.  

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.  

As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Yuhas provides preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases and injuries for adults. He has practiced since 1978 with a blend of traditional medicine and natural supplementation. His special interests include cardiology, aging and preserving cognition.

Dr. Yuhas completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Mary Medical Center, Long Beach, Calif. and earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Yuhas enjoys spending time with his family, especially his six grandchildren. He also likes music, nature photography and gardening.
