About Heather A. Morris, PsyD

Heather A. Morris, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with Integrated Behavioral Health at UC San Diego Health, where she collaborates with primary care physicians to deliver integrated, whole-person care. She treats people with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, chronic pain and neurodiversity. Heather specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and has experience working with diverse and underserved populations and military personnel and their dependents.

Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Heather was a primary care psychologist as a contractor for the United States Navy. She also worked in private practice and with various organizations, including skilled nursing facilities, in the San Diego area.

Heather was a postdoctoral fellow at San Diego Center for the Blind. She completed her clinical psychology degree at Alliant International University in San Diego and her undergraduate degree in psychology at University of Colorado, Boulder.
