About Amy Driebe, MD, FACOG

Amy Driebe, MD, is an obstetrician/gynecologist who provides general obstetrics and gynecology care, from adolescence and beyond. She is dedicated to gynecological surgical practice, particularly minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery. She manages both average and high-risk pregnancies.

She enjoys the ability to provide all aspects of reproductive and gynecologic care and forming lasting bonds with patients. She finds it rewarding to provide care for patients through extremely sensitive and personal times, including surgical care and pregnancy care.

Dr. Driebe is part of the master clinician program for medical student training in UC San Diego's Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences.

She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UC San Diego School of Medicine and earned her medical degree from University of Florida College of Medicine.

Dr. Driebe is a board-certified fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the Chapman Chapter of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Her interests include physical and emotional wellness. She enjoys exercise, particularly yoga and Pilates, cooking, baking and reading non-medical literature, particularly fiction.
