Jessie Bowers, MD, FAAP

Jessie Bowers, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician providing care through the Children's Primary Care Medical Group. She is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a pediatrician, Dr. Bowers provides primary care for infants, children and young adults. She has always loved interacting with children and being a pediatrician allows her to do that. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is being able to watch a child grow up and develop a special bond with their family.

Dr. Bowers completed her residency at UC San Diego School of Medicine and earned her medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).

In her free time, Dr. Bowers enjoys staying active outdoors and traveling the world with her husband.
