About Kennady Johnson, PT, DPT

Kennady Johnson, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about pelvic health. She aims to advocate for all people to receive the knowledge and care they need to overcome pelvic floor dysfunction.

Kennady's treatment approach involves looking at the body as a whole and integrating coordination of breath with the pelvic floor muscles and other muscle groups including the core and hip. She performs various manual therapy techniques and emphasizes neuromuscular re-education exercises for both uptraining and downtraining of the pelvic floor muscles. She completed her undergraduate education at Oregon State University where she received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She has also completed coursework with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
