About Mustafa Albustani, MD

Mustafa Albustani, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor. He provides primary care for adults, including preventive care and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.

As an assistant professor of medicine, he is involved in training medical students and residents at UC San Diego School of Medicine.

Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Dr. Albustani cared for patients at UCLA Health where he also served as faculty.

Dr. Albustani completed a residency in internal medicine at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He earned his medical degree at the University of Baghdad Al-Kindy College of Medicine in Baghdad, Iraq.
