Emily Fletcher, MD, FAAP

Emily Fletcher, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician providing care through the Children's Primary Care Medical Group. She is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a pediatrician, Dr. Fletcher provides primary care for infants, children and young adults. She feels caring for children is one of the most rewarding jobs in life, and she works hard to provide sensitive and individualized health care to each of her patients and their families. She enjoys connecting with patients from all backgrounds, learning about each person's strengths and advocating for excellent health care for all children.

Dr. Fletcher completed her residency at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland and earned her medical degree at UC San Diego School of Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).

In her free time, Dr. Fletcher enjoys dancing, practicing yoga and cheering on her favorite baseball and soccer teams.
