Kelly Rackham, NP

Kelly Rackham, NP, is a certified nurse practitioner providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a family nurse practitioner, Mr. Rackham takes care of the primary care needs of people of all ages and has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. He served as a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Coast Guard and has worked in multiple hospital settings, including the emergency room, urgent care and critical care units. He is passionate about providing excellent patient care and preventive health education.

Mr. Rackham earned a Master of Science degree in nursing from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif. and a bachelor's degree from Wilkes University. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In his free time, Mr. Rackham enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and he considers himself a lifelong learner. He speaks Spanish fluently.
