About Soo Park, MD
Soo Park, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist who specializes in treating people with skin cancers, including non-melanoma skin cancer (such as Merkel cell carcinoma), basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
As an assistant professor in the Division of Hematology-Oncology within the Department of Medicine, she is involved in training medical students, residents and fellows at UC San Diego School of Medicine. Dr. Park is also a cancer researcher who has published original research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
She completed her fellowship in oncology and hematology at UC San Diego School of Medicine and residency training in internal medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Park is board certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine.
She is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and American Association for Cancer Research.
