Aaron Reyes, MD

Aaron Reyes, MD, is an internal medicine physician who specializes in caring for hospitalized patients. As a hospitalist, Dr. Reyes is assigned to patients at the time of admission and provides care only during their hospital stay. He strives to deliver exceptional, compassionate, and clear care during a patient's admission. He does not see patients at outpatient clinics and is not available for appointments. Upon a patient's hospital discharge, Dr. Reyes communicates with their regular physician to ensure quality care.

His draw to medicine began at an early age and overlapped with his passion for education and teaching. Dr. Reyes views his interactions with patients as learning opportunities for patients, families, caregivers, and himself. His additional academic interests include gender health, LGTBQ+ medicine, mentorship and hospital quality improvement.

Dr. Reyes completed a residency in internal medicine at New York University Grossman School of Medicine and earned his medical degree for UC Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
