About Krista Moorman, PA

Krista Moorman, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.  

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.  

As a physician assistant, Ms. Moorman provides primary and urgent care to people of all ages. She has a passion for general medicine as she enjoys caring for the whole individual, preventive medicine and patient education. Ms. Moorman highly values forming strong patient-provider relationships and keeping an open line of communication. 

Ms. Moorman earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pa. and her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Ms. Moorman stays active with roller blading, playing soccer, hiking and snowboarding. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and traveling to new places.
