About Christina Brock, MS, CGC

Christina Brock, MS, is a board-certified genetic counselor who provides risk assessment and genetic counseling for patients and their families. She helps people investigate their family health history, navigate the genetic testing process, and understand and adapt to the medical or psychological implications of genetic diseases.

As part of UC San Diego Health's Family Cancer Genetics Program, Ms. Brock helps ensure that patients and families with an increased risk of cancer receive outstanding care, with a focus on cancer prevention and early detection. She also has experience in pediatric genetic clinics and provides genetic counseling to patients at UC San Diego Health's Maternal-Fetal Care and Genetics.

Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Ms. Brock was a genetic counselor at New York Methodist Hospital.

She earned a Master of Science from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (formerly the Mount Sinai School of Medicine).
