About Lisa F. Harris, OT/L, CHT
Lisa Harris, is a licensed occupational therapist (OT/L) and certified hand therapist (CHT). She has more than 25 years' experience and was among the first group of therapists to become nationally certified in hand rehabilitation in 1990.
She treats a range of conditions, from repetitive strain injuries from computer work to injuries sustained during rock climbing.
Prior to joining the hand therapy team at UC San Diego Health, Harris worked with patients at the Arizona Burn Center at Maricopa Medical Center, where she integrated her expertise of hand therapy into the field of burn rehab.
Harris earned her bachelor's of science degree in occupational therapy from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
She is the mother of three adult children and a Border Collie. Outside of work, Miss Harris enjoys swimming, playing the guitar and traveling.
