About Christopher Rudd, DPT, OCS

Chris Rudd, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist and board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) who specializes in sports medicine. He works with individuals to treat and prevent injuries, and also helps athletes to improve their performance.

Rudd's approach to care is based on evidence-based treatment interventions with an emphasis on manual therapy and correcting faulty movement patterns through exercise and education.

Rudd earned his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He obtained a bachelor's degree in public health from University of Illinois.

Outside of work, Rudd stays active through basketball, hiking, snowboarding and weightlifting. He also enjoys cooking, listening to health podcasts, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
