About Charisse Orme, MD, PhD
Charisse Orme, MD, PhD, is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical dermatology treating complex conditions such as cutaneous lymphoma, oncodermatology and autoimmune blistering diseases. With a focus on medical dermatology, Dr. Orme does not see patients for cosmetic or surgical issues related to dermatology.
As an associate professor in the Department of Dermatology at UC San Diego School of Medicine, Dr. Orme trains medical students, interns and residents.
Dr. Orme completed a residency in dermatology at New York University School of Medicine, NYU Langone Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, where she also earned a PhD in cell biology. She is board-certified in dermatology.
When she isn't practicing medicine, Dr. Orme enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
