About Raisa Yagudayeva, DO
Raisa Yagudayeva, DO, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and board-certified geriatric psychiatrist who specializes in treating mental health problems in older adults, including major neurocognitive disorder, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She is interested in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), which is used to relieve symptoms of several mental health conditions. In addition to treating mental health conditions in older adults, she also provides expert care for seniors with complicated medical conditions.
Dr. Yagudayeva completed a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at UC San Diego School of Medicine and a residency in psychiatry at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston. She earned her doctorate in osteopathic medicine from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in psychiatry. She is a member of the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry, and the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Yagudayeva speaks conversational Russian.
