Dominic Ferry, MD, is a board-certified neurophysiologist who specializes in neuromuscular conditions such as Lou Gehrig's disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis [ALS]), myasthenia gravis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), amyloid neuropathy and muscle diseases.
In addition, his research interests include ALS and electromyography (EMG) neurophysiology.
Dr. Ferrey completed a clinical neurophysiology/EMG fellowship at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where he also did his residency in neurology. He earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology.
While a resident at UC San Diego Health, he earned recognition as chief resident and resident teacher, and was the recipient of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation's Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Resident Award in Neurology.
Dr. Ferrey is fluent in English and Spanish.
