Alonso Chan, PA

Alonso Chan, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a physician assistant, Mr. Chan provides preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases and injuries for people of all ages. His background includes physical therapy, emergency medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, women's health, orthopedics, mental health, and family practice.

Mr. Chan earned his master's in physician assistant studies at Riverside County College. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is a member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
