Anjoulie Pujji, DO

Anjoulie Pujji DO, is a geriatric medicine doctor. She provides comprehensive and compassionate primary care to older adults with an emphasis on health maintenance, disease prevention and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.

Dr. Pujji cares for seniors in UC San Diego Health's hospitals, both in La Jolla and Hillcrest, as part of the inpatient Geriatrics Consult Service. She is part of a dedicated team treating challenges specific to older adults, including falls risk, cognitive and memory problems and medication interactions.

Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Dr. Pujji was both a geriatric and academic hospitalist in community and university hospital settings working with a variety of patients. She also taught residents and medical students.

Dr. Pujji completed fellowship training in geriatrics at the University of Pennsylvania and residency training in internal medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. She earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Pujji is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Geriatrics Society. Outside of work, she enjoys sketching, painting, cross-country skiing, reading and cooking.
