About Kelli Gray-Meisner, RDN
Kelli Gray-Meisner, RDN, is a registered dietician nutritionist who specializes in helping individuals with gastrointestinal conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, and functional gut disorders. She has expertise in integrative and functional principles, with an emphasis on a whole foods based diet and biologically appropriate lifestyle.
Kelli enjoys educating and working with patients to help them achieve where they want to be with their health. Her research interests include integrative nutrition, microbiomes and lifestyle medicine. She also teaches at Cuyamaca Community College and volunteers giving healthy eating presentations to the general public as well as local support groups, including the San Diego Chapter of the Celiac Support Association.
Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, Kelli was a dietician at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista.
She earned her bachelor's degree in food and nutritional sciences from San Diego State University. Kelli is a member of Institute of Functional Medicine.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, meditation and yoga, and spending time at the beach.
