About Clayton C. Dyke, III ,MPT
Clayton C. Dyke, III, MPT, is a physical therapist with experience treating patients in multiple settings with a variety of injuries and conditions including wound care, neurological and orthopedic injuries.
He provides outpatient orthopedic patient care emphasizing on return to prior activity in adolescent through geriatric populations.
Dyke served as a physical rehabilitation supervisor for five years, involved with interdisciplinary team collaboration, program development and community education.
He earned his master's degree in physical therapy from Medical College of Pennsylvania Hahnemann University. He is a certified clinical instructor.
