About Kevin Nelson, MS, PA-C
Kevin Nelson, MS, is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who treats adults through the concierge medicine program at UC San Diego Health. Concierge medicine is a primary care option that requires an annual fee and offers enhanced services, extended amenities and 24/7 access.
Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, he provided acute care for patients in the emergency department at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where he received the 2016 Physician Assistant of the Year award.
Mr. Nelson completed a master's degree in physician assistant studies at Pace University in New York and earned his bachelor's degree in biology at California State University Monterey Bay. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Mr. Nelson enjoys scuba diving and aerial yoga.
