About Anthony Tadros, MD
Anthony Tadros, MD, is an interventional radiologist with a special interest in musculoskeletal interventions and palliative care. He treats painful cancer conditions using minimally invasive image-guided procedures, including nerve ablation, embolization, bone and soft tissue tumor ablation and fracture stabilization. Dr. Tadros also treats patients with vascular disease using minimally invasive procedures to improve blood flow for wound healing and limb preservation.
Prior to joining UC San Diego Health, he was an interventional radiologist at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Mich. Dr. Tadros is a member of several professional societies including the Society of Interventional Radiology and the Society of Interventional Oncology.
He completed his fellowships in vascular and interventional radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and in musculoskeletal imaging at UC San Diego School of Medicine. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and earned his medical degree, also at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where he was recognized as house officer of the year and for clinical excellence in radiology.
Outside of work, Dr. Tadros enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is conversant in Spanish.
