Vania Arroyo, PA

Vania Arroyo, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.  

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.  

As a physician assistant, Ms. Arroyo provides primary and urgent care for people of all ages. She has an interest in urgent care and is happy to see patients for walk-in visits and to continue care afterwards. She has experience in orthopedics and surgery, and enjoys performing minor procedures, such as suturing and joint injections. Ms. Arroyo is also passionate about primary care for the variety of health concerns she is able to address and for the consistent relationship between patient and the provider. Her priority is communication in a patient-provider relationship and she will take time to explain any concerns to patients.

Ms. Arroyo earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Seattle Pacific University and her bachelor's degree in public health and global health from the University of Washington. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, Ms. Arroyo enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, taking her golden retriever to the beach and exploring outdoor dining spots.
