Hanaah Fannin, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a physician assistant, Ms. Fannin provides primary and urgent care to people of all ages. She is passionate about working with patients of all backgrounds, delivering quality patient care and optimizing provider-patient relationships to help patients stay healthy.

Ms. Fannin earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Dominican University of California in San Rafael, Calif. and her bachelor's degree in human biology from UC San Diego. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Ms. Fannin enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, playing the piano and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee.
