Jeffrey D. Orr, MD

Jeffrey Orr, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Orr provides preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases and injuries for people of all ages. He works with patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including seeing newborns through elderly patients on hospice. Dr. Orr feels grateful for his occupation that allows him to engage with individuals in various stages of life, from different backgrounds and with unique stories.

Dr. Orr completed his residency in family practice at University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he specialized in family and community medicine. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He is board certified in family medicine.
