Kristina Frederick, PA

Kristina Frederick, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

Ms. Frederick enjoys providing primary care to people of all ages and merges traditional Western medicine with a holistic focus. Her multifaceted background in nursing, psychology and physiology enable her to address the whole person and all aspects of their life that may impact their health and wellness. She continues to expand her knowledge of nutrition and fitness, and incorporates all factors into determining what each patient needs to achieve optimal health.

She earned her Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies at Community College of Baltimore County Essex Campus in Maryland and completed her fellowship at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Ms. Frederick is a certified health and life coach.
